We’ve introduced an optional Shipping Protection service to give you more peace of mind when shopping with us.

👉 This option is completely optional — you can choose whether to add it at checkout based on your preference.

1️⃣ What is Shipping Protection?

Shipping Protection is an optional coverage service designed to protect your order against common delivery issues.

With Shipping Protection, you’ll receive support and compensation if unexpected shipping problems occur during delivery.

Our goal is to provide a safer and more reliable shopping experience — even when things don’t go as planned.

2️⃣ What does it cover?

Shipping Protection currently covers the following situations:

⏳ Delayed Delivery

If your package is delivered later than the expected shipping timeframe (7–14 business days), you will receive:

👉 $5 compensation per order

📦 Lost Packages

If your package is not delivered within 60 days after shipment:

👉 You will receive a full refund

🚪 Delivered but Missing / Stolen

If the tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package:

👉 Refund available with valid proof

💔 Damaged Items

If the product itself arrives damaged and unusable (excluding packaging damage):

👉 You will receive a full refund

📍 Incorrect Delivery

If the delivery address does not match the address on your order:

👉 You will receive a full refund

3️⃣ Delay Compensation

If your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe (7–14 business days), you are eligible for delay compensation.

👉 Delay is calculated based on shipping time only:

From the moment tracking begins
(first logistics scan)

➡️ Until the package is marked as delivered

Because waiting longer than expected shouldn’t go unnoticed 💙

4️⃣ How to use it

At checkout, you’ll see two options:

1️⃣ Checkout (standard order)
2️⃣ Checkout with Shipping Protection

Simply select:

👉 “Checkout with Shipping Protection”

to add coverage for just:

💎 2% of your order value
(minimum fee: $0.98)

and enjoy extra peace of mind while shopping.

👉 This option is completely optional.

5️⃣ How to file a claim

If anything happens to your order, you can easily submit a claim through one of the following methods:

1️⃣ Claim through your email

If you selected “Checkout with Shipping Protection” during checkout, you will receive an email after your order is successfully placed titled:

👉 “Xcotton Shipping Protection Placed Successfully”

If your package experiences any shipping issues, you can simply click the claim link inside that email to submit your claim.
