Shipping Methods
We use Yun Express, FedEx Express, or DHL Express for fast and secure delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: $9.99

  • Expedited Shipping: $24.99

Free Shipping

  • For orders over $74.99 USD, we offer free standard shipping and express shipping for $24.99.

  • For orders $74.99 or below, standard shipping is available for $9.99, and express shipping for $24.99.

  • Customers can choose the shipping option that best suits their needs during checkout.

Processing Time

  • Orders are shipped directly from our production facility.

  • In-stock items: Shipped within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). In rare cases, processing may take up to 4 business days.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days after dispatch

  • Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days after dispatch

⏱️ Please note: Total delivery time = Processing time + Delivery time.

No P.O. Box or APO/FPO Shipping
We are unable to ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Carriers sometimes mark packages as "Delivered" while they are still en route. In most cases, the package will arrive within 2 business days.

  • If your package hasn't arrived after 2 days, and you've checked around your address, please contact Customer Service.

🚨 FEELOOK Art is not responsible for packages marked as delivered or stolen after delivery. If you believe your package was misdelivered, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.

Duties & Customs

  • Most countries include duties, taxes, and fees at checkout.

  • Some locations may require additional fees upon delivery (this will be noted at checkout).

  • Some countries may require customs duties upon arrival.
